Ocean Spray ITG has launched glycerated apple cinnamon, a new BerryFusions™ Fruits variety.  

 

 BerryFusions Fruits are suited to a wide range of bakery applications, including bagels and cookies – process-intensive products which can damage delicate fruits. Adding glycerine to the apple cinnamon will increase the number of applications possible.   

 

 BerryFusions Fruits have high processing tolerance and they retain their shape and colour throughout manufacture. According to Arun Hiranandani, Ocean Spray ITG’s marketing manager, “BerryFusions Fruits make it easy for food manufacturers to add the taste and colour of real fruit to nearly every application.”  

 BerryFusions Fruits come in a wide range of natural flavours, including strawberry, raspberry, orange, mango, cherry and blueberry.
